Sears or The Bay ALWAYS have beds in a bag for relatively inexpensive. I think Ikea is strating to carry them too.
I have purchased beautiful comforter sets from King Linen online. No skimping on fabric, and beautiful colors and designs.
Kohl’s, JCPenney, Macys, brylanehome.com, Target. These store usually have sales and coupons you can get if you subscribe to their websites.
